The surface for the Agility portion of the All Star Championships will be sod! Once again, we have been fortunate to be allowed to use sod in the York Expo. We’ll have the best of both worlds—indoors and air-conditioned, but on grass!
Please note: The sod used at All Star comes on huge roles and will NOT be in many small pieces which tend to slip. We had very good results with the sod in 2008!
All Star is a fun and exciting weekend of competition. You can enter agility only, or you can combine agility with obedience or rally, or do all three! To qualify in agility, you need one qualifying score in Standard or Jumpers in Excellent or Masters/PIII level agility (or the equivalent). The weekend features two days of agility competition (four runs), plus games (including tunnelers and a weave pole challenge), a banquet with our huge silent auction, exhibitor gifts, great prizes, and so much more!
